This free utility can delete any undeletable i  le on your system and restore some system space. You can download this utility from the website http://www.emptyloop.com/unlocker/
Once the application has been installed, browse to the file you would like to delete.
Right-click it, and select the 'Unlocker' option from the contextual menu. You will be able to view a list containing details of why the file is undeletable or locked.
